Stef Yujnovich

With over 15 years’ experience in the residential building industry and holding a Diploma of Interior Design, she brings a refined and comprehensive understanding of both design and construction. Beginning her career in a hands-on, all-rounder role, she developed a broad skillset across interior design, project coordination and team leadership, working across both pre-construction and construction. She has since worked as a Lead Interior Designer delivering display home programmes across a number of builders in the industry.

Her expertise lies in understanding how a vision comes to life on site, with strong technical knowledge of how homes are constructed from the ground up. This allows her to confidently guide projects from concept through to completion, ensuring the design is carried through as intended.

Drawing inspiration from Western Australia’s coastline, she is naturally aligned with coastal Hamptons-style homes, favouring light-filled spaces, layered textures, and timeless finishes that reflect relaxed, coastal living.

Outside of her professional role, she maintains a strong connection to the ocean as a dedicated surf lifesaver, having been involved since the age of six and continuing to compete in interstate beach sprinting competitions. She enjoys spending her downtime outdoors, enjoying good food, wine and sunshine.

Croatia is high on her travel list, drawn to its coastal beauty and lifestyle.

What she values most about her role is seeing a home come together, from initial concept through to the finished result, and knowing she has played a part in creating a space her clients will truly enjoy.
