Andrew Carbone

Andrew started his career in the residential construction industry when he joined Trendsetter Homes in 2007. He’s our Senior Estimator and resident numbers guy and understands that the success of any construction project is largely determined by careful management of resources and costs to ensure projects are completed within budget. He’s an expert in project scheduling and financial management and is well-versed in identifying cost saving opportunities and methods of streamlining processes without compromising quality or safety.

Andrew’s preferred home style is a toss-up between Modern Contemporary and Federation and what he loves most about the residential building process is watching a home move from concept to a finished product. His favourite bands include the Foo Fighters and Linkin Park, and as he appreciates history, Europe is his number one travel destination, as he can completely immerse himself in its rich past.
